Classical & Broadway Singing Instructor
Jeremy specializes in Classical Singing and Broadway Singing. Presently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree from the Royal College of Music, Jeremy holds a diploma in music from NAFA. He currently works with soprano Jessica Chen and music coach Neo Ming Wei, and has studied with tenors Lim Shieh Yih, Justin Lavender, Lemuel Dela Cruz, and baritone Roderick Earle.

Singaporean tenor Jeremy Koh first made his operatic debut as a baritone in New Opera Singapore’s inaugural production, L’elisir D’amore, after reprising his role as David in Samuel Barber’s opera, A Hand of Bridge, at the Lee Foundation Theatre. Jeremy has had the privilege of performing with the New Opera Singapore Orchestra, NAFA Symphony Orchestra and NAFA Brass Ensemble, under the musical direction of conductors Volker Hartung, Chan Wei Shing and Eric Watson. He was also invited by the Goethe-Institut(Singapore) to sing at the opening ceremony of international touring exhibition, Germany Bite-Sized, with German Ambassador to Singapore, Ms Angelika Viets as the Guest-of-Honour.
Jeremy recently received the certificate of special mention and bronze certificate at the Bangkok Opera Foundation’s 5th International Singing Competition (2013). He was also second runner-up in the 7th Tan Ngiang Kaw/Tan Ngiang Ann Memorial Vocal Competition (2013), and placed fourth in the year before. He has sung at venues including the Victoria Concert Hall, Singapore Conference Hall, Lee Foundation Theatre, Esplanade Concourse, CHIJMES Hall, Foon Yew Auditorium (Malaysia) and Sudasiri Sobha Hall (Thailand).
Pursuing a strong interest in the works of Singaporean composers, Jeremy has recorded and performed for the premiere of award-winning composer Philip Tan’s Symphony of Life at the opening of the Supertree Grove, Gardens by the Bay. He has also collaborated with Terrence Wong and recorded Tiny Island Nation (for voice and string ensemble) and Each Life Converges (for voice and string orchestra). Jeremy is very fond of collaborations that create identity and forge new ideas.
